In 2007 Rafi graduated from California Hair And Design Academy. After a year of a very intensive training and evolving, Rafi joined some of the elite hair artists at salon De Marcus in downtown San Diego. In 2009 Rafi moved to Moda Hair Design and is currently working with some of the leading and most experienced stylists in Hillcrest, CA.
What you can expect from Rafi, is his expertise as a Blonde Specialist, Color Correction, Color Specialist, Precision Cutting, and highlights.*

As a hairstylist, Rafi shares his knowledge and education with his clients to ensure the same great results at home for everyday styling. As a hair expert, he will build a profile for each of his clients. Based on your profile, which determines your lifestyle and taste, the client will get the best hairstyle that leaves you feeling happy and beautiful.

After so many years of searching and trying new salons I can now finally say that I found the perfect place and a hairstylist that I can trust with my hair! Rafi is the master, he is amazing and very honest. He will recommend you what is best for you and will not do anything if he thinks that will damage your hair. Rafi went above beyond my expectations and had me leaving the salon absolutely loving my hair. At this point, I wouldn't consider going to anyone else, nor trusting anyone else with my hair. By far the best experience I've ever had at a salon- Rafi is a miracle worker! Took my warm, brassy auburn hair to a beautiful cool colored blonde... in one session!!! In the past, inexperienced stylists told me it'd take 3, 4 visits to get the color I got with Rafi. He's very honest about the type of color you can expect and what goes best with your skin tone, a refreshing change from past hairdressers who oversell and then under-deliver just for the $$$. He assured me I wouldn't leave his studio with something I didn't like, and he was right! My hair has never felt healthier. The salon itself is very clean and upscale, gorgeous interior and had some green tea while I waited. Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely loved! I have natural straight dark hair and I gasped when I saw the end result. Rafi said that since my hair was dark and already colored it would be difficult to lift but that it was not possible. Today was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a hair salon ever. Not to mention that I walked in looking like a complete train wreck and I came out looking and feeling like a movie star. I have been to countless amounts of hair salons and numerous colorists in the San Diego area. All of which caused me to end up eventually dying my own hair and I ended up completely ruining my own hair. Thank God for One Salon and their amazing knowledge, patience, and stylish eye. I walked in with dry damaged jet black hair that I dyed myself and I left with luxurious golden locks!!
